Carbs is the most unhealthy foods a human can eat. However, most of our comfort foods and sweets are made from them. There's no easy way to eliminate carbs from your lifestyle but it is easier to include some healthy choices with them.
Eat strawberries dipped in chocolate. You will be getting less sugar and more fruit.
Eat Whole Wheat Carbs. They are more filling and less bad for you.
