Shipping Information

We dig plants when your order is received, and ship immediately via US Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number via email when plants are shipped. All plants are packed to be safe in their packages for up to 3 days after receipt.

How We Protect Your Plants For Transit

We sell only bare root plants. We dip the roots in tera-sorb silicone gel to retain ample moisture for transit and surround with plastic. This provides superior protection for plants in transit for up to 12 days.

Upon Receipt Of Your Plants

Open your plants and inspect the same day received. We offer 3 days to report any problems with your order. Bare root plants need to be planted within 2-3 days of receipt unless weather prohibits. Store in a cool place and keep roots moist and covered with plastic until they can be planted. Water daily for the first week after planting.

These plants produce beautiful red flowers, the bloom season is in early spring, and they are a southern garden favorite plant. Red Trilliums can be found in nature in areas that are dense and moist. They are often found in forests or woodlands.

Red Trillium Thrives in Well-Draining Soil and Make an Excellent Indoor Plant

The soil should be well-draining soil. It's okay if the soil is slightly acidic. However, it's best if it's neutral. These plants do best in partial or low sunlight, which makes them ideal indoor plants; If you must plant them in a sunny location, be sure to keep the soil moist.

Red Trillium has vibrant red or pink flowers

Red Trillium's growing seasons are USDA zones 4 to 9. The seeds of these plants can take as little as one month to germinate, but it's not uncommon to take three months. Usually, their height is more than a foot, and most don't reach that height. You can see these flowers bloom in April, May, or June. Bloom colors can be pink, red, or a deep dark red. Red Trillium never has to be taken up for winter and comes back every spring.
