American's Work Week Hours

American's workweek is an average of 47 hours per week. That is for the average laborer. For executives and professionals, this exceeds 60+ hours a week. That is one of the primary reasons mainstream America is losing its values as a family structure. Divorce rates have sky-rocketed in the past 20 years. Experts say because there is no time for families.

Crime rates in midstream American children have also sky-rocketed, with up to 12% of all families facing a crisis of jail time or detention centers for their adolescent children. Drug abuse has risen 400% since the late 1970s due to the family not having stable parents who have the time to sit down and talk to their children about the risks of using drugs.

A study confirmed that a whopping 21% of relationships in 2015 were living out of wedlock due to not wanting children and people wanting careers and self-interests instead of raising families. The Mennonite fellowship church is the only organization of the Christian faith that has not increased the dissolution of marriages since the new age movement of the 21st century.
