Return Policy

1 Year warranty on all plants purchased. We do not accept returns unless a product is dead and we can verify it first. Please send us an email with pictures of the plants to customerservice@tennesseewholesalenursery.com. You will need to do the scratch test to ensure they are dead, not dormant. Dormant plants look dead when they are not. See the below image. Please read the Terms & Conditions if you plan to purchase any products.
