This is a strictly wholesale website, and all purchases are intended for approved wholesale customers only. If you do not have a wholesale reseller license, we offer no warranty at all on purchases.

For Licensed Nurseries, Retailers and Resellers

 Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery and verify quantities and species against your invoice or packing list. We provide an Arrive Alive guarantee and a 24-hour reporting window from the recorded delivery time to report any issues with your order, including shortages, incorrect species, mislabeled items, missing varieties, or other order discrepancies. Claims submitted after this 24-hour period will not be reviewed or approved.

Shipping is an estimate a checkout. When your order is packaged and the shipping labels are created, if the shipping cost exceeds what was paid, you will see an additional charge on your credit card when your plants are shipped. This will only cover the cost of shipping that the carrier charged us.

To help us resolve issues quickly, you must contact us at 931.692.7325 within 24 hours and include clear documentation in an email to customerservice@tennesseewholesalenursery.com. 

This should include photos of the items received, the interior packing, the exterior packaging, and the shipping label, along with a brief written description of the problem. If you are reporting a shortage, please list the missing quantities and the exact items you did not receive. If you believe a species is incorrect, have a shortage or missing items, please include clear photos of the item(s) in question and any tags or labels included in the box.

Because order verification and carrier packaging evidence are most reliable immediately after delivery, we cannot extend the reporting period. By placing an order on this wholesale site, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. No exceptions will be made.

We ship Bare Root Trees, Shrubs & Evergreen Conifers during the "Dormant" Season when plants do not have leaves, foliage, or blooms. They are not dead, just dormant till spring.
