We offer in store credits to reorder plants. We do not offer refunds unless we have made a mistake but we do offer in store credits on all plants that have died for 1 full year.

Return Policy

1 Year warranty on all plants purchased. We do not accept returns unless a product is dead and we can verify it first.

Please send us an email with pictures of the plants to customerservice@tennesseewholesalenursery.com(link opens in new tab/window). You will need to do the scratch test to ensure they are dead, not dormant. Dormant plants look dead when they are not; see the below image.
